Spring Break

It has been a great spring break week. Everyone has been in a good mood, and actually the week kind of flew by. It started off last Sat. by going to see The Lion King Broadway musical. It was great & Molly & Alex have not stopped listening to the soundtrack and acting out the different lion parts. They are such fans of Simba and have been forever it seems. Alex loves the wildebeest part & hyenas. Molly loves all of the drama. It was a good show.

Monday. No more pull-ups at night!! Yeah! I told Molly it was time to get out of pull-ups at night and work on just wearing underwear to bed. She did not want to give up the pull-ups and grow up which meant she was just using them as a safety so she could pee when she wanted. We will see what happens. We are doing this cold turkey and if I have to wash her sheets every day I will.

Tuesday. Molly went ice skating for the first time and she loved it and did really well. She didn't cling to the wall or have any meltdowns. She was determined to skate all by herself and then learn how to spin. I told her she would have to wait until lessons for the spinning part.
Yeah - DRY UNDERWEAR and BED!!! Great job Molly, we knew you could do it!!

Thursday. AM- still dry all night in UNDERWEAR! YEAH MOLLY!!! We went bowling with Melissa, Griffin & Joseph. We had fun and everyone bowled a strike atleast once.

Friday Molly's friend came over for a sleep over.

All in all, it has been a good week and the weather has been nice. We were able to work outside and plant a bunch of seeds all around the backyard, hoping something will grow.
